Mice Cages Smelling?????
i just got two mice, they are male, living separately (they fight). I sort of rescued them from being sent back to the pet store and becoming snake food but my mom and dad are thinking about 'setting them free' because they smell so bad.
i dont think they smell really bad, it only gets worse then the hamsters i have when you get up right next to them.
but im circulating the air (fan) and i have a mildly scented candle lit in there during the day but once the candles out the 'smell returns' and my parents hate it.
So im wondering if there was anything i can feed them to make their pee smell better or anything that they may be eating that makes there pee smell worse...
i have extra absorbent bedding and im cleaning their wheels and things like that daily...
any advice at all would be very much appreciated.

maybe a scent to plug into the wall, and you could try kitty litter that clumps so you can clean it easier daily.
